Matthew DeLuca is an associate at the Law Offices of Mark A. Cuthbertson.  Since joining the firm in 2015, Mr. DeLuca has concentrated his practice in civil litigation and the representation of municipalities and not-for-profit organizations.  Mr. DeLuca earned his Juris Doctor degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeLuca provided pro bono legal services at several not-for-profit organizations focused on civil rights issues.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.  Mr. DeLuca is admitted to practice in New York in both the state and federal courts.
